The deposit is non refundable meaning it cannot be transferred to another date and time. If you decide to cancel or reschedule, you will be forfeiting your deposit. If you happen to be late, I do understand that things happen, please update me on your new arrival time. I will try to accommodate with the new timing, however, that may leave a chance at having to reschedule the entire appointment. A grace period of 15 minutes for late arrivals.
